I just placed an order, when will it ship?
All our deliveries are handled by USPS. Once your order is placed, it will process for up to 2 business days. After, it will take 5-7 business days to receive your order. Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or read our “Shipping Info” page to learn more.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
We do not offer refunds on any order after they have been replaced. This includes pre-orders. If you find that there is manufacture damage to any of your pieces, please email us within 15 days of your order date with photos of the damage to initiate the refund process.
Can I cancel my order?
At this time, we do not offer order cancellations. Please ensure that you have chosen the right size and color of your pieces before checking out. If you’re ensure what size to get in an item, please contact us by email or DM to consult one of our associate stylists!
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you entered an incorrect address or auto filled, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at email@example.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
