Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at NINETY9 Apparel. We appreciate your business. If you are not entirely
satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
At this time, NINETY9 does not accept return on ordered items. Please note that all sales are final once they are place. In cases where the item is not up to your standards, with photo evidence, we will allow you to refund your order so long as it’s done within 5 days of delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your
item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We do not offer refunds on any order after they have been replaced. This includes pre-orders. If you find that there is manufacture damage to any of your pieces, please email us within 15 days of your order date with photos of the damage. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Alternatively, a store credit will be issued for 1-year use on the online store.
